When I was Brave
In the end it was so much fun I did it again and again. I also did the smaller one, but I found the bigger one more fun.
When were you brave?

ReplyDeleteThank you for sharing with us a time when you were brave! Jumping off a high diving board can be an extremely intimidating experience, so ka pai for being brave and having a go. You mentioned that you also jumped off of a smaller diving board.
Did you do the smaller one first before the high board, or did you go straight for the scarier option to begin with?
I have never really been a big fan of heights, and I have a similar story about being brave. I was at Movie World on the Gold Coast of Australia and there was a ride called the Scooby Doo Roller Coaster. I was petrified of roller coasters, and had never been on one before. My whole family was going on it, and they were really supportive of me, with my mum even offering not to go on the ride so I wouldn’t feel left out.
I decided that I didn’t want to miss out on such a fun, unique experience so I was extremely brave and hopped on the ride.
It was absolutely terrifying at first, but once I realised that nothing bad would happen to me I really began to enjoy it. Like you, once the ride was over I went on it again and again, and even went on other roller coasters which I had been to scared to go on in the first place.
Have you ever been on a roller coaster? If so, were you scared or did you enjoy it?
